Model/3_precompute.gms

For the year 2000, sets up the initial values for the model parameters (calorie consumption, initial land use, trade costs, initial bioenergy demand, …).

Checks that the balances hold by product (CONSISTCHCK_CROPS, CONSISTCHCK_LIVE, some adjustments can be made if it is not the case). When the balances are not OK, do not proceed as this will lead to infeasibilities in the model!
