Model/rep_compare_rename.gms

This file renames GLOBIOM reporting parameters if an alternative scenario with a different name is run beyond the start_year >2010 It maps the original scenario results to the new scenario name and then removes the old scenario results If reporting parameters change in rep_compare this file needs to be adjusted as well
