Model/define_scenario_lookup.gms

This script sets up the scenario dimensions for the LOOKUP TABLE for the link with MESSAGE.

• %lookup% == 1 Price driven lookup table: biomass supply is driven by the biomass price.

• %lookup% == 2 Quantity driven lookup table: biomass supply across carbon prices is constrained to the results of the biomass price scenarios without carbon price from the price driven scenarios %lookup% == 1.

• %lookup% == 3 Feedback runs using biomass demands and carbon prices from MESSAGE.
