Model/define_scenario_water.gms

Determines how much water is available for use by agriculture.

Contains the following sections for parameter initialization:

• 1) Update the biophysical water availablilty/ water scarcity.

  • 1.1) Update water demand from other sectors.

  • 1.2) Update surface water availability.

• 2) Update the economic water scarcity parameters including the resource_data parameters.
